We recognise the importance of providing a safe and effective means for workers to raise concerns about relevant wrongdoing that comes to their attention in a work-related context. We are committed to handling protected disclosures appropriately, sensitively and in accordance with applicable protected disclosures legislation.

A person who makes a protected disclosure in accordance with the applicable legislation is protected from penalisation for having made that disclosure. We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of reporting persons and ensuring that concerns raised are appropriately assessed and followed up.
